So, I went to fort smith Harley looking at a bike I saw on their website to trade up from my bike and Carlus Call was the sails rep that helped me out and he was awesome to work with. The hole staff made me fill special and the finance personal made me a good deal on the 2021 street glide that I purchased from them.

Mitch was my sales rep help me find the right bike actually pointed me to a bike that wasn't even on my radar ended up being the bike I purchased love the bike I've owned it just under a month I've heard from Mitch at least twice to check in on me make sure I still liked my bike and it was still running properly definitely buy my next bike and my wife's bike from him 5 for 5 star rating best dealership experience I've had from start to present

I came through with a gash in my front tire. Called ahead told them what the issue was. The tire was in stock, the service tem jumped right on it because I told them I was traveling. Their patience helped my patience with my ESP , took a little while for approval. The rest of the staff stayed in constant contact with us, engaging in conversation about our ride. The customer service was what is to be expected of a Harley Dealership. Great people all around. Special thanks to my service advisor, he was cl as a cucumber and very understanding to what I was going through. You guys are very much appreciated.

I would like to give the Service Department a thumbs up for taking the time to help a fellow rider out. It was on a Saturday late afternoon and I lost my FOB and had no idea what my code was stranded.. I called several dealers close by and in Tulsa and no one was even interested in helping me even the dealer the I bought the bike formI call Fort Smith Harley Davidson and the Service Department was more than willing to fix me up if I could get the bike to them mind you it was late afternoon on a Saturday.. I arrived with the bike at 4:45ish and they Jumped right on it and got me up and running again. The guy at the Service desk had only been there for a few weeks and did a great job!
The Mechanic that worked on the bike did a great job with the help of a fellow mechanicafter having problems getting the bike to communicate with the BSM after all this being said.. I just want to make the point there are still still dealers out there that want to help! After hitting some soul shaking potholes in New Mexico Tuesday during our cross country ride, my bent front rim decided not to hold air anymore after my brother and I rode in the rain for about three hours after leaving OKC Wednesday morning. Ended up in Ozark, AR and called Ft Smith HD. They pulled up, in the torrential downpour and loaded both of our bikes on the trailer and took us to the HD in Ft Smith.
After making some calls and tracking down a replacement rim in OKC(3 hours away), they made arrangements to pick it up the following morning, and gave us a ride to the hotel we got for the night, and let us keep my brothers bike in shop overnight as well.
The next day, Thursday, they picked us up from the room had the rim replaced in a couple of hours.
The mech, Chad, was very thorough and I couldnt be happier about the customer service and hospitality they showed both of us.
Billy, the driver that picked us up in the downpour, made sure the bikes we strapped down good and in transport mode.
From the initial phone call to the finished service, the whole team was very welcoming and understanding and went well above and beyond to find the parts and get me back on the road as soon as possible.Tommy Daniel, Menifee, CA -

Was at the 2024 Steel Horse Rally and had a flat tire. Tires where old but still good but the service department advised to go ahead and replace both so i did. They got me done within 2 hours even though they where busy. Great group of people. Got me back riding to enjoy the rest of the weekend. Thanks guys i would for sure stop in again if i ever needed anything done while traveling.
